David has 16 years experience as a Deputy Coroner/ Investigator and as an Emergency Medical Services Paramedic. He also served the communities of Rye, Colorado City and Kim, Colorado as Firefighter for 22 years. He has 8 years service as the Rye Deputy Fire Chief. Dave has had many years of experience in the Incident Command Structure of the Fire and Emergency Services as Operations Chief, and Incident Commander.

 

In addition he has more than 25 years of Supervisory and Managerial experience. He has a proven track record of being professional, compassionate, and caring with tremendous Leadership skills and unrefutable integrity for excellence.

 

As Pueblo County Coroner, David intends to continue the excellent service established by his predecessor. He is the ultimate advocate for the deceased. He is intent on thorough and complete investigations with dignity and respect for the deceased, families and the public overall.
